    Max and Maisy Pet Store is owned and operated by Katherine Maver ABN 99 231 576 472 and is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secure. We do not pass-on, sell or exchange any of your personal details with any ‘third parties’. This information is restricted to the following: identifying your orders, providing you with our newsletter, up-dates with our blog and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
  1. DATA, COOKIES & SECURITY COOKIES
    We use cookies to allow you to: log in to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from the Company only last while you are browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that relate to you throughout our products pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
  1. PAYMENT GATEWAY
    We use a payment gateway for order transactions which is a PCI-compliant payment gateway. The payment form encodes your payment card information in a secure token that sends to our own server-side resource for payment processing. The payment is processed by the Transaction API charge endpoint. The secure token from the payment form is added to the charge request so that the payments processing server charges the correct payment card.

  2. IP ADDRESS
    We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself. In this case we record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this – when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

  3. SSL ENCRYPTION
    When purchasing from the Company your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard.
